how to create capture page for freeIf you want to be able to recruit without having to go to friends and family then you will definitely want to consider using capture pages, and you don’t need a blog to do that. Successful people in the home business industry will tell you that the money is in the list, meaning your list of contacts, people who have taken a look at your business. You want to create a list and have a way to stay in contact with them and you do it with capture pages. A capture page is simply a form that a prospect would fill out using their email address and possibly also their name and other contact information, in order to gain access to information they want.

You’ve undoubtedly filled out a capture page before when you were looking for some information on a particular topic or subject where you had to provide them with your email address to get the information you wanted. If you are in network marketing, then the company you are partnered up with most likely has a video that any prospect can watch to see if that company is going to be a good fit for them.

What higher level marketers will do, is send their prospects to a capture page first, so that they have access to their email addresses so they can stay in touch with them in case they don’t join them in their businesses after they watch the video the first time. If you haven’t noticed already, most people do not join companies after looking at them just one time. They need to look at something 5-7 different times before they are ready to make a decision.

So, instead of just sending people to your company presentation, send them to a capture page first where they fill out their name and email and link that page to your company’s presentation. It is actually an extremely simple process, and you can do it through a couple different companies, like Aweber or GetResponse. These companies will allow you to build your list of prospects and you can send your prospects follow up emails at the push of a button (or, a click of the mouse).

I personally use Aweber. There are many companies out there who will have pre-designed templates you can use for capture pages, but if you’d like to create your own and do it for free, you can do that with Aweber and I will show you how to do that in the video below.

It’s easy for costs to add up when you have a home business, so if you are looking for ways to save money, you can do that with Aweber. Aweber is something that you will pay for anyway (around $20/mo), because you need to have that to build your list of prospects, but here is a way for you to save an additional $30-100/mo, just by creating your own simple form.

And if you are worried about conversion rates, these simple forms do convert well. They don’t have to be super fancy to convert. Your prospect is really just looking for the information that is on the page that comes after the capture page, so they aren’t super concerned with the look of what’s on the capture page.
