How to Duplicate Fast in Your Home Business

home-business-duplicate-fastHere are a few tips to be able to duplicate fast in your home business. So many distributors over-complicate the process, but if you can look at the big picture and keep it simple, it will help you zero in on exactly what you need to be doing in order to grow you business fast.

First of all, you have to know where to put your focus.

Because if you can’t FOCUS, you will not get the results you want.

Focus on the 3 simple steps to recruiting, which are:

  1. Connect with people
  2. Send people to a presentation
  3. Enroll them into your business

You connect, send and enroll, and you do that over and over again.

You connect with people, either on the phone, in person, through messaging, through email, or through Skype or something like that. When you are connecting through messaging, that could be like Facebook messaging, LinkedIn, text messaging, whatever social media platform you use.

You send people to a simple message. Remember, you are the messenger, not the message. You are simply connecting people with the message you have, which could be a video or an audio done by your company or an in-person presentation.

You enroll them. You follow up with the person after they have seen or heard your company message and you enroll them into your company. It’s a very simple process. Obviously, not everyone will join your business, but you are follow up with them to find out what they liked about the presentation and whether or not it will be a good fit.


Another tip to duplicate fast in your home business is to “Time Block” in your calendar specific periods of time when you are going to work you business. Treat it as if it were a real job. If you say that Monday – Thursday from 7-10 pm you are going to work your home business, then make sure you guard that time well. Don’t get caught up in checking random email or the simple distractions on your newsfeed in Facebook or other social media, etc. If you’ve set aside time to work your home business, then make sure you are using your time wisely.

A 3rd tip goes right in line with the second one of time blocking, and that is, for the time you set aside for your business, then make sure 70-80% of that time is specifically for IPAs (Income Producing Activities), such as:
– calling leads and prospects

-messaging with prospects about your business

– doing the CSE that I outlined above (connect, send, and enroll)

-setting up ads for your business

– doing meetings and presentations for prospects for your business

– talking with your customers, taking new orders

But, IPAs are NOT: checking email, going to business presentations for your company (unless you have a prospect with you who’s checking out the business. If you go alone, then it’s not income producing). Watching training videos, while they can help you get better at prospecting and building your business, they are not income-producing, so they do not count towards the 70-80% of the time committed to your business. These activities all fall within the 20-30%.

Network marketers who are not recruiting big, often get stuck in the “training” mode, or the “analyzing” mode. And when you are in that spot, you are not generating any income. Those are not income producing activities. So that should only take up a small percent of the time you dedicate to your business.

Make sure that 70-80% of the time you dedicate to growing your business, especially when you want to duplicate fast, needs to really be focused on “Connect, Send and Enroll.”

You are in a sifting and sorting business, looking for the right people. Keep your conversations short, then move onto the next person.

When people enroll, you will teach them how to do the same thing. Teach them how to connect, send and enroll. Connect, send and enroll. Over and over again.
