Timing of Success in Home Business: When is it Your Turn??
When is the timing right for you?
“What about the timing of success in home business for me?”
When will I start having success? You may have been in business for 2 weeks, 2 months or a couple of years and not yet seen the results you want. You’re not earning the amount of money you want to earn. You’re tired of living the lifestyle you are living right now (too many bills to pay, or too long of a commute to work, or not enough time with your family and friends, or too much “month” at the end of the “money,” etc).
And yet you see people around you getting results and you wonder, “What the heck? Why am I not getting results?” Shaking your head in disbelief, you wonder when it will happen for you.
VIDEO: Timing of Success in Home Business
Here’s when it’s going to happen for you.
It’s really obvious.
It’s when YOU decide you are ready, and you are sick and tired of not making money.
You make the commitment, you say that you are ready, and you commit.
You Commit to a different mindset.
You Commit to taking action.
You Commit to getting the results you want.
You make the decision in your mind that the timing of success in home business for you is RIGHT NOW. When I ask you “When is it your turn?” you tell me “It’s right now.”
No more excuses.
You say that you are going to make it happen and you do. You commit and you follow through with it.
You do 2 things every day that will get you closer to your goal. If you are in a home business, then make sure you do 2 things that are income-producing activities, every single day. And preferably before noon. That way, if your day gets away from you, then when you head hits your pillow at night, you can at least rest assured that you at least did 2 things for your business that day.
If you are in a business that requires recruiting, in order to build a team, in order to start generating income, then know in advance it can take 2-3 years to get really good at prospecting. Just know in advance you are going to make mistakes. It happens to everyone. The most successful people in the world have also made the most mistakes, but the difference is, their mistakes don’t prevent them from moving forward. They learn from their mistakes and they keep pressing ahead.
Model after the people who have what you want. If they are good at recruiting, and you need to recruit, then do what they do. Research people on YouTube, or through Google, or through your company. Whatever area of specialty you want to get good at, model after those who’ve gone before you.
The timing of success in home business will be right for you when you KNOW (‘when you know in your knower’ as Dr Seuss so wisely proclaims), that you are in the right business and the right company. You will “know” deep in your heart if you are in the right company or not.
Too often when things aren’t working out as planned, we get roped into other companies, where they have the next best thing, the best lotion, or juice, or shake or whatever it is and you think “this is it!” And then when that doesn’t work for you, you turn to another company and say, “No, THIS is it!” and you jump from company to company thinking they have the secret key to your success.
But if the problem is YOU, and your belief whether you can make it anywhere, then no matter where you go, you won’t have success. Because everywhere you go, you will take YOU with you. And the problems you have in your current company, you will still have at the next company.
You’ll know when you’re in the right place. It will feel right, feel good in your gut. You get that feeling of being at home in a company. But if there’s something unsettling about it and you realize it’s really not the right place for you, then the timing is not right and you probably shouldn’t be in that company.
Here’s something I’m quite sure of: most people stink at recruiting and they don’t like it. They’re not comfortable with it, but they only do it because that’s what their company leaders are telling them they need to do in order to make money in their company.
If that is the case with you, then it’s probably better you look for another way to make money from home. And there are PLENTY of options for you to do that.
But in anything you do, even when you find the “right” place for you to plant your feet, you will most likely need to step out of your comfort zone a little bit in order to reach that next level of success. You will find that most growth and personal reward and satisfaction happens outside the comfort zone. But to do that, you still have to know you are in the right place.
For you to have success in home business, you have to KNOW with certainty, to have that gut feeling that you are:
1- in the right place
2- that you’re comfortable with the leadership, the owners, the products and the company you are part of
3- that you are finally ready to have success. You’re sick and tired of not getting the results you want. Enough is enough.
4- You are committed to your success and you will stick with it until it happens.
So, let’s assume you are finally in the right place. You’ve found a business where you feel at “home”. You like the company, the leadership, the owners, the products/services and you are wondering about the timing of success in home business for you?
It will happen when you feel like you have no other options but TO SUCCEED. It could be your back up against a wall because you are $50,000 in debt, or because you’re kids are about to enter college and you need to pay for it, or some other reason. Or it could be something fun and inspirational that is pulling you towards it.
It will happen at the point where you draw the line in the sand and say “THIS is it! No more looking back. I’m sick and tired of not getting results and I’m moving forward. I commit to this day to do what it takes to reach my goal.”
And you visualize, what it will be like when you get there. You can see it, feel it, taste it, touch it. It is right there for you. Don’t worry so much about the “How” it’s going to happen.
Just “know” that it will happen. The “how” will work itself out.
